1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Primal Court mobile applications, web platform, or services provided at primalcourt.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. User Accounts & Security

To book courts, join matchmaking lobbies, or list a sports venue, you must create an account using a valid phone number (verified via One-Time Password) or authenticated Google/Apple credentials. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete profile information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account access credentials.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Court Booking & Real-Time Slot Holds

When a user initiates checkout, Primal Court places a temporary 10-minute hold on the requested court slot across all systems. If checkout is completed within this window, the booking is confirmed and a digital QR pass is generated. If payment is not completed within 10 minutes, the hold expires and the slot is released to other athletes.

Court prices are set transparently by partner venues, with dynamic surge or off-peak pricing clearly displayed prior to confirmation.

4. Co-Payment & Public Matchmaking Lobbies

When participating in group co-payment bookings:

• The host books the slot by paying their initial seat share and creating a lobby link.
• Invited or public players pay their exact per-seat share through the app before the lobby lock deadline.
• If a lobby does not reach minimum player threshold before slot start, the escrow system automatically processes refunds to all paid participants.

5. Venue Etiquette & Code of Conduct

All players using Primal Court agree to maintain high standards of sportsmanship:

• Wear appropriate non-marking shoes on indoor badminton, squash, and basketball wooden courts.
• Adhere to venue operating hours and vacate the court promptly when your booked slot concludes.
• Refrain from abusive language, discriminatory remarks, or physical aggression during matches.

Violation of venue rules or harassment of fellow players will result in immediate profile suspension and rating forfeiture.

6. Cancellations & Escrow Refunds

Cancellations are governed by our dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy. Valid cancellations within the allowable window and bad weather disruptions on outdoor facilities are reimbursed automatically through our Razorpay escrow flow.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sports activities inherently involve physical exertion and the risk of injury. Primal Court acts as a digital discovery, booking, and payment marketplace. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primal Court and its affiliates are not liable for personal injuries, property damage, or lost items occurring at partnered sports venues.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
