Account Deletion Request
At Primal Court, we value your privacy. If you would like to delete your account and all associated personal data, you have two options:
Option 1: Delete via the App (Recommended)
1. Open the Primal Court app.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap on Settings (the gear icon).
4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm your decision. Your account and data will be immediately removed.
Option 2: Delete via Email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team.
Email SupportPlease email us from the address associated with your Primal Court account so we can verify your identity.
Note: Deleting your account is irreversible. Your profile, personal data, messages, posts, and social connections will be permanently removed. Financial records (past bookings and transactions) are retained in anonymized form for legal and audit compliance — they can no longer be linked to you. Active bookings, memberships, and passes will be cancelled. If you have active court bookings, please ensure they are completed or cancelled before requesting deletion.
