Account Deletion Request
At Primal Court, we value your privacy. If you would like to delete your account and all associated personal data, you have two options:
Option 1: Delete via the App (Recommended)
1. Open the Primal Court app.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap on Settings (the gear icon).
4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm your decision. Your account and data will be immediately removed.
Option 2: Delete via Email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team.
Email Grievance Officer & SupportPlease email us at grievance@primalcourt.com or primalcourt.com@gmail.com from the address associated with your Primal Court account so we can verify your identity.
DPDP Act 2023 Notice (Section 12 - Right to Erasure): Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. Your profile, personal identifiers, messages, posts, and social connections are permanently wiped from our active databases. Statutory financial/GST invoice records are retained in an anonymized state for 7 years as required by Indian taxation law, completely unlinked from your identity.
