For any question, booking issue, refund, or feedback, email us at support@primalcourt.com. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

Bookings & Refunds

You can view and cancel your bookings any time under My Bookings in the app. Refund eligibility depends on the venue's cancellation policy, shown at the time of booking. If a refund is due, it is returned to your original payment method or wallet.

Payments & PrimePoints

Payments are processed securely. PrimePoints earned on bookings appear in your in-app Wallet and can be redeemed against future bookings. If a charge looks incorrect, contact support with your booking ID.

Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Primal Court account and associated personal data at any time:

1. In the app, go to Account → Delete Account and confirm; or
2. Email support@primalcourt.com from your registered address with the subject "Delete my account".

Once processed, your profile, bookings history, and personal data are removed, except information we are legally required to retain (such as transaction records for tax and compliance). Deletion is irreversible.

Trouble signing in? Make sure you're using the same method (phone, email, Google, or Apple) you registered with. For OTP issues, request a new code after 30 seconds. Still stuck? Email support and we'll verify and restore access.
